Assets MS is an assets management system that serves to keep records of all assets such as vehicles and other equipment used in an organization. The system is one of the most recently developed applications by Lasahara Systems Software Development Department and the market response is amazing.

Assets MS allows entry of new assets and all relevant asset data such as its Name, Make, Model, Date of purchase, among others. The system through its controls module enables the administrator to attach rates of depreciation to the purchased assets. On request, the system computes cumulative annual depreciation and gives the current net book value of the asset in question.

The system’s ability to generate a quick report in both numerical and graphical formats of recurrent net book values over the years makes it an efficient assets management tool. These reports are important in administration, and also in accounts departments where such values are incorporated in the organizations books of accounts.
